Fund raising, what a joy, what a headache, that’s why I would like to make this offer to your school.
Simply book Andrew Thorpe Photographic Services for your School photographic requirements and I will pay you $5.00 commission per child photographed. With an average school size of 500 students times $5.00 commission = $2,500!
It can be all so easy for your school!. The parents get to keep the images made on CD ROM (so copyright belongs to them) and they can choose what they want to have printed according to their family needs at normal retail prices, (not inflated studio prices) or email them to loved ones any where in the world. If any families don’t have a computer, they simply take the CD to their favourite photo shop and computers are there for them to view and print selected prints. Black and White or Sepia toned images are also available this way.
The images are made on Hi res Digital cameras, burnt to CD and given to the students in a protective cover, the CD’s will be personalised with your School’s branding, class name and year date etc.
We will make as many images as necessary to ensure the best possible image of each student, with a minimum of two professional photographers and one IT person in attendance, all with “Blue cards”. We are able to stay one or two days (more if necessary) in case any students are absent.
Family, sport, prefect groups etc are photographed on request, which will then be available for parents to down load from my web site at no extra charge. I am also available to take life style photographs for school grants, year books and advertising requirements if needed.
A complete set of all photographs is provided for the school records, on DVD. There again, copyright is given to the school to use as they see fit. The CD’s for students will be available within 20 working days. Pre paid envelopes will be provided prior to the day, for simple collection of monies, cash or cheques.
All this for just $25.00, with $5.00 commission paid back to the P&C.
